Our Team

Our teachers are all qualified Waldorf Kindergarten teachers. Our teachers also have other specialist training. They continue their professional development through attendance at conferences and courses on early childhood and child development, as well as at workshops for other subjects related to early years and self-development. The staff fosters a nurturing environment that promotes social-emotional learning through the Waldorf philosophy.

Availability of Teachers

• From 08:40 am to 1:30 pm, the teachers’ phones will be switched off or on silent so will not be available for any coordination. In case of any emergency, you can call on the office
• Teachers will be available on phone until 5 pm from Monday to Friday.
• Teachers will be available for meeting parents one-to-one with prior appointments after school hours are over.
• If there is any message to be given, please slip in a note for the teacher and you may inform the support staff about the same.
• In case the child has not eaten well or it has been a different day for him/her, then please be assured that you will be kept posted by the teacher once the school is over.

Parent-Teacher Interactions

• As a part of the school routine, the teachers will come for a home visit during the months of June/July and if need be anytime during the year. They will be in touch with you for the same.
• Two one-on-one meetings are planned during the year and also group meetings. Please mark your calendars and refer to the schedule on the Holidays and Events List. Attendance of both parents is a must.
• Through the year we have talks and interactive sessions organized at School. Parents must put in efforts to attend the same. These are good oppoopportunity.
